Welcome to Mahonia Crossing — a brand new, intergenerational housing community in Salem providing 313 affordable apartments for low-income households. Located in the South Gateway neighborhood, Mahonia Crossing features an 11-acre campus, designed to encourage community gatherings and activities with services and programming to support residents and their families. We offer garden style homes with one- to three-bedroom floor plans.
Mahonia Crossing provides homes for households earning 30%–80% or below of the area median income (AMI). To qualify, households must meet certain income requirements. Contact us for more information on income requirements and the waitlist process.
